Confidence is not simply a statistic of a mass of data. In the human relationship, it is built on a case-by-case basis.
Who hasn't felt insecure in life? Then you won't know how to appreciate the search for security. And not even knowing when it is actually happening. The same is true with regard to trust: acquiring trust in someone at work, family or love life is the result of a human interactive process and search for common meanings. It is unstable in the short term to be stable over time, as are so many things in life. As with self-confidence, we cannot gain people's confidence by interacting with them.
In the case of self-confidence, you need to experience this feeling by knowing how to interact with yourself. In trusting the other and with him, the formation of senses together is what generates the feeling of trust.
