Interactions between different teams in an organization, the way of thinking of a team, of a person about the team, and the solution to be proposed require a vision and overall intelligence, which will only exist with mutual interest.
Mutual interest traditionally appears in two circumstances: to prevent personal or financial loss or suffering or to repair a loss that has already occurred.
Such interest traditionally appears unilaterally: mine, yours, and his. There is no notion of common interest and a future to be built in a composite way.
On the contrary, the imaginary of competition by eliminating the weakest, derived from the Darwinian biological imaginary, puts the interactors in attack and defense mode (survival and non-survival mode, living super well, much better).
Traditionally there are no strategies to research how people can think about challenges from the present towards the future composing new ideas.
How to position yourself to make the parties realize that the problem can only be compounded by the perception of the parties and how they decided to interact towards its solution using, of course, all possible technologies in their favor.
What technologies are most relevant to examining the problem?
In my view, the psychological technologies of perceiving and feeling from different perceptual positions, seeing yourself inside the problem individually (as an institution or people), from the outside seeing yourself the problem and perceiving how your personal or institutional self behaves within it. To perceive a problem, you logically need to be outside of it, observing how you (person or institution) are suffering with such a problem experience.
The position of feeling the difficulty appears in the present and is the result of a lack of coherence coming from the past and which is not capable of offering a direction directed towards an individual or collective future.
Suffering is like a thorn in the side or something bigger, a stumbling block, towards future expectations and not something already happened. Proof of this is that if you stop having expectations, the problem disappears. The experience of suffering, if shared by all the protagonists, from different points of view, is what leads to a composite vision.
If everyone only wants to take care of their suffering without realizing its causal interference, there will still be no climate to examine reality in a composite way.
Just as we use flight simulation environments, driving cars, etc., to study realities, and learn from risks and mistakes without suffering physically or mentally from them, those interested need, before following an abstractly determined plan with tables and step-by-step, learn to interact without getting hurt, either through a game of positions about the problem or through physical and/or virtual dolls.
Only after mentally perceiving themselves as coherent in a vision and mission will people be able to judge and execute tables, step by step with knowledge of what they do and when this is or is not meeting the interests already perceived in common.
This sounds simple, but it's not easy. Slogans and motivational speeches are not enough. It just tickles the heart. We need to learn to think in a composite way. That's where the challenge is.
